Reiki Level I - Training (video)

$75 for the 2.5 hour training class, distance attunement and certification for Level 1 Reiki

Reiki, a form of energy healing, is an ancient practice that is used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional healing. Research suggests that using Reiki as a complementary therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal body and mind via the relaxation response.

This workshop will cover the basics of Reiki so that each student can use it to help themselves and others. There will also be the addition of basic energy hygiene, info on the 7 chakra energy centers, ethics of working with energy, the power of sacred touch, how to be intuitive and how to meditate which is unique to Rev. dawn’s classes.

In Reiki Level I you will Learn:

The History of Reiki

Basic Energy 101, including the 7 Chakras

Basic Psychic Hygiene (Cleansing, Grounding, Shielding/Filtering)

How to Treat Yourself with Reiki, including hand treatments

How to Treat Others with Reiki, including hand treatments

How to Meditate

A distance attunement will be scheduled at a later time for all attendees.

Upon completion of the course and attunement each attendee will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate in the Usui System of Natural Healing.

Rev. Dawn (belet dawn) is a Reiki Master, teacher, intuitive cathartic healer and energy worker that has been practicing and teaching these skills since 2004. She believes in the healing energy of Reiki and the personal responsibility of knowing how to use energy ethically.
