As a survivor recovering from a traumatic past, belet dawn (co-author, Hearts and Collars) will share her experience of how she used the dynamics of a power exchange relationship over the last 20 years to help her on her journey of becoming a thriver in life. She will share how power exchange or activities that require you to be vulnerable can create an environment that allows for triggers, and what you can do to lessen the effect of such occurrences. dawn will not only share her experiences with these challenging moments as a follower, but provide tips on how to create your own toolbox to help heal within a hierarchical dynamic.

There will be some tools for Leaders in the relationship as well; tools that Dan has used over the years.

Though written from a subs experience/perspective, anyone can join the call.
